Then, I talked to Alan Grant, the  paleontologist. He asked me about  The Chaos Theory I've been         studying. I explained to him about it and he said he understand. But  from the look of his face, I think he don't.

I met John Hammond in Dallas Airport . He is really old with wrinkles in his face. When I first met him, I asked him if he's got a problem. He said no. I thought about why I was actually asked to come here, To fix problems. But he said there was no problem in his island. Is he lying?

The Start of The Problem

Gennaro told me he has an interest in amber. He said he bought $17 million of amber. I don't see anything special about ambers because it's only dried sap of trees but I figure out that he has a reason buying it, and I think it is connected to this strange animal park. He also bought 2 Cray XMP super computers and 24 Hood Gene Sequencers to Isla Nublar. But Why?? This will be the start of a new problem and the way I see it from The Chaos Theory, it won’t turn out good.

The Island named Isla Nublar

Today, I was phoned by a lawyer who introduced himself as Donald Gennaro. He is a lawyer in InGen Company, which was one of John Hammond companies. Hammond was a famous, rich, old man, maybe around his 75s. He had bought an island named Isla Nublar, an island 160km near Costa Rica he bought 10 years ago and he turned it into a resort and animal park. He asked me to check out his animal park to see if there were any problems and he paid me $60,000. I wasn't sure why he have to buy an island to make an animal park, but I decided not to ask and see it for myself especially when he paid me so much money for an animal park. I just knew there will be problems.

My name is Ian Malcolm. I am a mathematician and chaos theorist. I am a university professor, but people always say I look like a rock star, probably because I always wear black from head to toe. The point is, I like black. It is a dark colour and I think it really reflects myself, especially I have dark hair. I love studying, and I always study half a day. People thinks I am strange but I always stand out for myself and believe I am always right.
